Posouzení vhodnosti outsourcingu v podmínkách podniku logistických služeb

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the suitability of outsourcing selected processes in a logistics services company. Using the application of decision support methods, the influence of the selected criterion on the customer's decision to transfer the selected activity to the logistics service provider is examined. The work is focused on the processing of decision analysis, determination of criteria weights using methods of multicriteria decision making. The reason for preparing the analysis for providers is to increase the level of quality of services provided and to introduce innovations into corporate outsourcing.
