Využití metody FMEA při optimalizaci procesu výroby motorů.

Abstract

A lot of ways to control quality exists in modern quality management. There are various tools and methods designed to simplify or facilitate processes, which would otherwise took too much time or are too complicated and hard to carry out. List of theese tools is shown below. This work will be mainly focused on preventive method called FMEA and specifically to create FMEA which resolves around process of assembling electrical engine GMORF 132. This engine is manufactured by ESPO Ltd., which requested me to create the work on this theme. This work consist of 2 parts – theoretical and practical. In theoretical part will be described FMEA method generaly and its sort of introduction to how is FMEA method created and how it looks. The practical part is more or less deep analysis of newly created PFMEA, description of choosen faults and means of their reparation
