Motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců na vybraném úřadě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about motivation and satisfaction of employees in the selected office. In the theoretical part I describe the basic concepts of motivation and stimulation, stimulants, work motivation and motivation theory. Then I describe employee satisfaction in the workplace. The practical part is focused on the description of the selected office and on the motivation and satisfaction of employees at the municipality, which was determined by means of a questionnaire survey. Finally, suggestions and recommendations follow.
