dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a spokojeností zaměstnanců na vybraném úřadě. V teoretické části popisuji základní pojmy motivace a stimulace. Dále pak stimulační prostředky, pracovní motivaci a teorie motivace. Následně spokojenost zaměstnanců. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis vybraného úřadu a na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců na městském úřadě, která byla zjištěna pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na závěr následují návrhy a doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis is about motivation and satisfaction of employees in the selected office. In the theoretical part I describe the basic concepts of motivation and stimulation, stimulants, work motivation and motivation theory. Then I describe employee satisfaction in the workplace. The practical part is focused on the description of the selected office and on the motivation and satisfaction of employees at the municipality, which was determined by means of a questionnaire survey. Finally, suggestions and recommendations follow.en
