Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design of a system of redundancy using the TOPSIS method. The main aim of the thesis is the application of TOPSIS method in the process of dismissal of employees. The theoretical part describes human resource management, employee layoffs and also multi-criteria decision making methods. The practical part focuses on the description of the company and the application of the TOPSIS method.
