Návrh systému propouštění zaměstnanců pomocí metody TOPSIS ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh systému propouštění zaměstnanců pomocí metody TOPSIS. Hlavním cílem práce je aplikace metody TOPSIS při propouštění zaměstnanců. Teoretická část popisuje řízení lidských zdrojů, propouštění zaměstnanců a také metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis firmy a aplikaci metody TOPSIS.

This thesis focuses on the design of a system of redundancy using the TOPSIS method. The main aim of the thesis is the application of TOPSIS method in the process of dismissal of employees. The theoretical part describes human resource management, employee layoffs and also multi-criteria decision making methods. The practical part focuses on the description of the company and the application of the TOPSIS method.
