Hodnocení vlastností oxidického povlaku hliníku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a porovnáním vlastností oxidického povlaku hliníku vytvořeného procesem tvrdého eloxování na tělech pneumatických válců vyráběných ve společnosti SMC. V teoretické části jsou popsány vlastnosti hliníku, základní principy anodické oxidace, teorie růstu vrstev a jejich vlastnosti. Následně je práce věnovaná problematice samotné technologie anodické oxidace. V experimentální části se práce zabývá vlastnostmi vytvořených povlaků ve společnosti SMC ve Vyškově a jejich srovnáním s povlaky vytvořenými externí firmou.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation and comparison of the properties of the aluminium oxide coating created by the hard anodizing process on the bodies of pneumatic cylinders produced by the SMC company. The theoretical part describes the properties of aluminium, the basic principles of anodic oxidation, the theory of layer growth and their properties. Subsequently, the work is devoted to the issue of the anodic oxidation technology itself. In the experimental part the thesis deals with the properties of the coatings created in SMC company in Vyškov and their comparison with the coatings created by an external company.
