Abstract

Diploma thesis deals issues of education and development of employees in the workplace and focuses mainly on the analysis of these problems. This thesis itself is divided into two parts, the first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge from the field of education, specifies the methods of employee training in the workplace and describes the organization. The second part is focused on the analysis of employee education and development, on the methods of education used in the organization, and also focuses on employee satisfaction with the system of education at the workplace.
