This thesis is focused on the management of labor efficiency within Mlekarna Kunin a.s. The first section provides a general overview on productivity, types of productivity, measurement methods, and a detailed focus on labor. All information provided serves as a broad platform in regards to the next section, which briefly introduces Mlekarna Kunin, with an analytical break down of labor efficiency using various indicators. The aim is to draft a proposal that will lead to positive development. In essence, a proposition that will lead to labor amendments.
