Abstract
Diploma thesis is called Customer satisfaction measurement with the public transport services. The thesis deals with with satisfaction indicated as such innovations, which recently introduced the Transportation Company Ostrava. The aim is to describe the proposals and recommendations based on the data obtained. These proposals should lead to improved customer satisfaction and maintaining current levels of satisfaction. The thesis is using market research, which the quantitative method of written inquiries. The thesis is divided into seven chapters.
