Abstract

The bachelor thesis is carried out by the methodology of management with the possibility, in close cooperation with Orlante. r. o., based in Kopřivnice. Focus on management options, including their provision. At the beginning of the thesis there is a general description of the solved questions, where the basic concepts related to possible problems are explained. The second part introduces the company, followed by an analysis of the current state of storage and marking tools. On the basis of the proven results, variants of the solution leading to more efficient utilization management are solved.
