Abstract

The thesis is focuses on proposal of a standardized technological process of assembly, including the chapters focusing on commissioning and maintenance of the Buggy 260. The graduation thesis was compiled to the each chapter according to submission. For the technological process was developed nineteen assemblies, each contain space model of assembly, assembly diagram, corner title with piece list in which is set out the recommended tightening torque. To every assembly group was also created animation which showing a gradual composing of parts into individual assemblies. These technological processes were used in education subject - Technology of assembly, implemented in education on VŠB-TUO.
