Abstract

The thesis deals with Travel Service Inc. and with methodology of multi-criterial decision making process application in selecting a convenient aircraft carrier for long distances. The first part describes the beginnings of aviation, the classification of airlines and their cooperation forms. The next part talks about Travel Service specifically, its current position on the market and its fleet. This chapter is followed by new destination portfolio design and aircrafts dedicated for these routes. Based on pre-specified aircraft criteria and parameters, we choose the final airplane type using the convenient multi-criterial decision making process method.
