Zpracování projektu založení společnosti pro podnikání v oblasti hostesingu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektu založení společnosti pro podnikání v oblasti hostesingu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde je popsáno teoretické vymezení postupu podnikatelského plánu. Na tuto část navazuje praktická část, ve které jsou aplikovány poznatky z části teoretické. Bude realizována analýza vnějšího prostředí projektované společnosti. Následně pak aplikován Paretův model analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil a kombinovaná SWOT analýza. Po realizaci analytických prací následuje sestavení podnikatelského plánu a posouzení realizovatelnosti a ekonomické životaschopnosti projektu. Pro zhodnocení budou použity vybrané ekonomické ukazatele a závěrem budou identifikovány klíčové kroky v projektu a potencionální rizika projektované společnosti.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is elaborating the project for the establishment of business in the field of hostessing. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part, which describes the theoretical definition of the business plan process. This part is followed by a practical part, which applied findings from the theoretical part. Will be implemented an analysis of the external environment projected company. Subsequently applied Pareto model's five forces analysis and combined SWOT analysis. After the implementation of the analytical parts is writing a business plan and to assess the feasibility and economic viability of the project. For the evaluation will be used selected economic indicators and in the conclusion will be identified key steps in the project and potential risks of the projected company.
