Design palubní desky vozidla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá redesignem palubní desky sportovního vozidla typu roadster SC Fireline, který byl vytvořen v jiném projektu. Hlavním cílem je obměna stávajícího plochého ryze funkčního řešení na prvek, který bude spojovat funkčnost a zároveň moderní estetiku. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj a funkce palubních desek, rešerše stávajících řešení a rozebírá specifikace materiálů se zaměřením na karbon. Taktéž jsou zde rozebrány ergonomické standarty. Praktická část popisuje experimenty s přidáváním barevných pigmentů a textilií do odřezků karbonu. Dále proces tvorby 3D modelu a následnou výrobu pomocí 3D tisku v poměru 1:3. Výsledkem je design palubní desky odpovídající současným trendům.

This bachelor thesis deals with the redesign of the dashboard for the SC Fireline sports roadster, which was developer in a previous project. The primary objectve is to transform the existing flat. Purely functional solution into a component that merges functionality with modern aestetics. In the theoretical section, the development and functions of dashboards are described, a review of existing solutions is provided, and material specifications are analyzed with a specific focus on carbon fiber. Ergonomic standards are also addressed. The practical section describes experiments involving the addition of color pigments and textiles into carbon fiber scraps. Furthermore, the 3D modeling process and the subsequent manufacturing via 3D printing at a 1:3 scale are detailed. The result is a dashboard design that corresponds to contemporary trends.
