Abstract
The subject of the submitted dissertation is the design of auxiliary gauges for the control of a complex prototype product, the design of a product for the detection of defects
and the prevention of defects in mass production. Furthermore, the work innovates
the company's advertising strategy, in the form of a new visual design of the website, new banners and advertising printing of the company transit. These innovations were carried out in Lakum KTL, a.s. Another part of the work is processed in the company Massag, a.s. where the production process of the Atotech galvanic plating line is optimized. A part of the line optimization is an experiment that compared the barrel and rack electroplating technologies in terms of the occurrence of defects. The final part of this work presents a SWOT analysis of the company Massag, a.s.
The main goal of this work are innovative designs combining conventional sheet metal processing methods and SMART 3D printing technology using lean manufacturing methods, „Six – Sigma“, „Poka – Yoke“. All in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0 in order
to increase the efficiency of the production process at the companies Massag, a.s. and Lakum KTL, a.s. The overall concept and the main goal of the work then complement the partial goals which are the analysis of the competitiveness of Massag a.s. on the market, experimental comparison of the barrel and rack technologies of galvanic plating in terms
of the occurrence of defects and comparison of individual types of innovation.
The theoretical basis will be derived from the design, organization and management
of the company, innovation and process management. This part will be followed
by an experiment which includes a description and analysis of the current state
of the production processes in the companies Lakum KTL, a.s., and Massag, a.s.
The experimental part will continue with the design of solutions for innovative elements, individual production and non-production processes. The final part of the dissertation
is devoted to the evaluation of the individual innovative elements, their comparison,
and assessment of their impact on the competitiveness of the company on the market.
The work is supplemented by appendices which are listed in a separate document.
