Abstract

The aim of my Bachelor thesis is to increase customer satisfaction Stores supermarket Terno. At the beginning of my work, I characterized the company COOP Jednota, that operates a store Terno. Subsequently, I conducted research using a structured questionnaire, which took place in a supermarket Terno in electronic form. From the questionnaires, I created the proposals and recommendations for COOP Jednota Cadca and Terno supermarket. Key recommendations relating to pricing, assortment breadth, marketing communications and opening hours.
