Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní korporaci

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of employee benefits in selected business company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the significance and structure of the provided employee benefits and to evaluate them from an accounting, tax and contribution perspectives. The theoretical part defines the essence of employee benefits, their structure, impact on work motivation and an overview of the most frequently provided benefits. It also includes an analysis of the tax deductibility and accounting of these benefits. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey was used to determine employee satisfaction with the offered benefits and their other preferences. Based on the results, recommendations are proposed for improving the benefit system.
