Aplikace pružného podkladu v biomechanice

Abstract

The present bachelor thesis deals with the theme of elastic foundation, which is focused on application this problem in biomechanics. The aim of the thesis is to solve the problem of osteosynthesis of proximal femur fracture by three cancellous femoral screws. Screws, which are solved in this thesis, are of full cross section or cannulated cross section. They are made of stainless steel or Ti6Al4V alloy. Screws are replaced by beams on elastic foundation for which is created computational mathematical model by theory of 2nd order. In accordance with this mathematical model it is possible to make stress and stiffness analysis of the problem. In conclusion, there is assessment of calculated screws.
