Posúdenie systému vzdelávania a rozvoja zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on issues of corporate education and development of employees. The first part of the thesis is a theoretical description of the education and development of the employees in the organization. The second part of this work is concerned with the analysis of intern documents and results of the research realised with the help of a questionnaire which deals with the technical-agronomical worker. According to the assessment of received information, it is recommended to increase the awareness of the educational activities, to check the possibility of an employee to assess the educational program, to apply new methods of education and development, to introduce intern educational token, to increase the activity of the participants during the educational act and to emphasise the choice of intern and extern lectors.
