Měření zbytkového pnutí po broušení VBD

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on residual tension in slintered carbides products after grinding. There could be negative tension effects with the product usage in Pramet tools s.r.o. company. The conditions of grinding are about to be found out pursuant to this fact. Thesis consist of theoretical part (slintered carbides, grinding technology, Barkhausen's noise principle), methodical measure draft of an ungrinded as well as grinded product. This tension was experimentally measured by a device using Barkhausen's noise in VŠB-TU Ostrava laboratories. The results of this measurement are summarized in charts showing residual tension in single samples. These results are going to be used in Pramet tools s.r.o. company.
