Identifikace podnikatelských možností žen

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikatelské možnosti žen z pohledu problematiky skloubení osobního a pracovního života, genderových předsudků a rozklíčování ideálního návodu pro úspěšné podnikání žen. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace postavení žen a zjištění nejčastějších příčin jejich menšinového zastoupení oproti mužům v podnikatelském prostředí za pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů s podnikatelkami. Výsledky ukázaly, že ženy často musí volit mezi kariérou a rodinou z důvodu nemožnosti ideálního skloubení osobního a pracovního života dle jejich osobních preferencí. Strach z neúspěchu a plánování mateřství vnímají respondentky jako nejzásadnější bariéry v podnikání žen.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on women's entrepreneurial opportunities from the perspective of work-life balance, gender stereotypes and unraveling the ideal instruction sheet for successful women's entrepreneurship. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the status of women and to find out the most common reasons for their minority representation compared to men in the business environment by means of a questionnaire survey and structured interviews with women entrepreneurs. The results showed that women often have to choose between career and family due to the impossibility of an ideal work-life balance according to their personal preferences. Fear of failure and planning for motherhood are perceived by respondents as the most important barriers to women's entrepreneurship.
