Řešení netěsnosti světlometu

Abstract

The thesis deals with the headlamp leakage. The reason for looking for the solution to the leakage were the customer claims. The headlamp leakage arose by a common use; it manifested itself in misting of the headlamp which can for example lead to the reduction of the light transmission. The careful examination revealed that in some cases the headlamp bushing clip, which holds the cap, broke off by the light bulb replacement. Thereby there emerged a space between the bushing and the cap, which was the cause of the water penetration into the headlamp and the subsequent leakage. The bachelor thesis introduces a few possible variants of the solution to this problem. All the variants have been tested. The test results have clearly shown the most suitable variant.
