Strategická analýza regionálních letounů se středně dlouhým doletem

Abstract

The thesis deals with the assessment of the competitiveness of the Airbus A220 and Embraer E190 and their comparison with the classic jet aircraft for medium-range flights. The first part of the thesis describes the current situation on the aviation market, the strategy of the airlines and the ways of acquisition of aircraft, which is followed by the characteristics of individual aircraft types and the criteria influencing the selection. Integral part of this thesis is the description of the methodology of selection using multi-criteria analysis. The second part is devoted to the selection of the most appropriate variants of the airplane, whose integral part is the assessment of the competitiveness of the newly arrived aircraft in the category of regional jet aircraft on medium-range flights.
