Zařízení na vyklápění kontejneru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zařízení na vyklápění kontejneru. Na začátku práce je proveden průzkum trhu, kde jsou uvedena podobná zařízení na vyklápění kontejneru. Pákový mechanismus je ovládaný ručně pomocí čelních ozubených kol a je navržen na základě zásad pro vypracování. Nejprve je proveden návrh a pevnostní kontrola pákového mechanismu. Dále návrh a pevnostní kontrola čelních ozubených kol. Následně návrh a statická kontrola hřídele. Bakalářské práce obsahuje jako přílohy výkres sestavy zařízení, kusovník sestavy zařízení, výkres sestavy převodovky, kusovník sestavy převodovky a výrobní výkres hřídele.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of device for dumping of a container. At the beginning of this paper, a market survey is presented showing similar devices for dumping of a container. Lever mechanism is manually operated by spur gears and is designed on the basis of the development principles. First, the design and strength control of the lever mechanism is carried out. Further the design and strength control of spur gears is given. Finally, the design and static shaft control are presented. Attached to this thesis there is a drawing of the device assembly, individual parts of the device assembly, a drawing of the gearbox assembly, individual parts of the gearbox assembly and the production drawing of the shaft.
