Návrh dispozičního řešení výrobní linky na výrobu mražených potravin

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the layout of a new production line for the production of breaded, frozen foods in the company Bidfood Opava s.r.o. The purpose of the thesis is to create a proposal for the optimal layout of the production line in pre-selected production areas. The work begins with a general description of the problem. This is followed by an analysis of the current state, where, among other things, the performance of individual critical devices, which limit production productivity, are calculated. After the evaluation of the analysis, the solution itself follows, where I created two variants of layout of the production line and evaluated their advantages and disadvantages.
