Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focussed on the design of cooling screw conveyer with an adjudication of the action of blade screw to transfer heat from cooling bulk solids in the cooling medium. The first part describes the technology used on cooling screw conveyers. The following part includes technological calculations, heat transfer on shaft, casing and blade screw and strenght calculations. In the last section there is the technical description of the proposition of cooling screw conveyer. The assembly drawing of the cooling screw conveyor and the assembly drawing of the screw is attached to this thesis.
