The aim of this bachelor thesis was to model and simulate sequential task control model of production lines of company G.U.N.T. in real time. Environment Stateflow®, which is part of software product MATLAB® & Simulink®, was used to accomplish this. Communication with controller PC on model assembly line was accomplished by a measuring card NI USB 6525 and therefore Data Acquisition Toolbox™ library was used to assure communication. A simulation model was designed and implemented, to ensure supply, transport and sorting of materials by conveyor belt on the laboratory model. In the last section we analyzed external factors that could adversely affect functionality of designed event control system.
