Strategické aspekty řízení malé servisní firmy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Strategické aspekty řízení malé servisní firmy“ je zjistit nedostatky současného stavu rozvoje strategického řízení v malé servisní firmě Lenthai, s.r.o. a navrhnout změny pro zlepšení. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem toho, co je přístup ke strategickému rozvoji a jakými způsoby na něj lze nahlížet. Druhá část přináší základní informace o společnosti, charakterizuje její služby a lidské zdroje. Obsahuje analýzu a výsledky explorativního výzkumu v oblastech strategického rozvoje firmy a následná doporučení.

The aim of the thesis „Strategic Aspects of the Small-Scale Services Firm Management“ is to find imperfections of the strategic management in the small-scale firm Lenthai, s.r.o. and suggest changes for improvement. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical description of what the approach to strategic development is and how to look at it in various ways. The other part brings basic information about the company, characterizes its services and human resources. It includes an analysis and results of an exploration in the fields of the strategic development and resultant recommendations.
