Abstract

The dissertation theme is the implementation of CAFM system as a support facility management in terms of a regional autonomy. Elaborates on the process of implementation in various phases, from analysis to design solution. Identifies specific deficiencies in the management of their own property and proposes measures for improvement in the application of software tool. The main goal of this thesis is to assist the Regional Office and administrators in the management of trust property with the management and administration buildings of secondary schools in Moravian-Silesian Region.
