| dc.description.abstract | Tématem práce je zavedení CAFM systému jako podpory facility managementu v podmínkách krajské samosprávy. Rozpracovává postup zavedení systému v jednotlivých etapách, od analýzy až po návrh řešení. Identifikuje konkrétní nedostatky při správě vlastního nemovitého majetku a navrhuje opatření pro zlepšení stavu při aplikaci SW nástroje. Základním cílem diplomové práce je pomoci Krajskému úřadu a správcům svěřeného majetku při řízení a spravování objektů středních škol Moravskoslezského kraje. | cs |
