Návrh otevřeného měřicího okruhu s elektromagnetickou brzdou

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of an open measuring circuit with an electromagnetic brake. The design of the measuring circuit is aimed at testing the long-term dynamic properties of gear wheels. The specified electromagnetic brake is the MOBAC 3500 2DS with a braking torque of 29Nm. The design of the device is based on the necessity to use the specified brake and the possibility of screwing the entire device to the table top. Furthermore, it was necessary to incorporate a device for adjusting the axial distance of the tested gear wheels into the design. In the literature review section, I focused on current trends in shaft couplings.
