Výukové úlohy pro robot Mitsubishi

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design and development of prototypical assignments for robot Mitsubishi RV-2SD. In the first part I analyse elementary terms related with this issue and classify the handling appliances according to criteria. The second and the third parts describe the robots of group Mitsubishi MELFA, where the robot RV-2SD is placed. The robot, the control unit and the operating panel are closely described together with their technical specifications. The fourth part describes the used effector and its adjunction to the robot collar. The fifth part describes the software RT ToolBox2 . There is also description of elementary acts, how to prepare programmes in this software. The design of prototypical assignments with the aid of the software follows. The sixth part describes the appliance 3D Stereo Vision, the software of LabVIEV and the creation of sample assignment with connection this appliance with the robot. The processed sample assignments are enclosed to the thesis.
