Revize skladů a zavedení skladového hospodářství pro předvýrobu

Abstract

Práce se zabývá revizí skladů společnosti Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o. a zavedením skladového hospodářství společně s návrhem layoutu velkokapacitního stanu pro skladování hotových výrobků a rozpracovaných dílců. V teoretické části jsou stanoveny pojmy dané problematiky. Analytická část slouží k představení společnosti z historické a logistické stránky. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav řízených a neřízených skladů. Ty jsou po analýze revidovány, což umožní zavedení skladového hospodářství pro dílce předvýroby a navržení layoutu velkokapacitního stanu.

The thesis deals with the revision of the warehouses of Bosch Termotechnika s.r.o. and the introduction of warehouse management together with the design of the layout of a large capacity tent for the storage of finished products and work-in-progress parts. In the theoretical part, the concepts of the subject are set out. The analytical part serves to introduce company from the historical and logistic side. The practical part analyses the current state of managed and unmanaged warehouses. These are revised after analysis, allowing the implementation of warehouse management for pre-production parts and the design of a layout for a large capacity tent.
