Abstract

The goal of my work is to determine customer satisfaction with the school cafeteria of EkF VŠB-TU Ostrava. In the theoretical part dealing specifically with marketing of services and consumer behavior. Another part of the work is devoted to research methodology, which are also set targets. The acquired datas are analyzed in the analysis of results. Based on the analysis suggest proposals to improve the situation.
