Abstract
I contacted the Deputy Information Center and on the basis of its requirements, I created a questionnaire. I asked the respondents personally. I found the data analyzed by the program Excel.
Found that satisfaction with services, information center is very high. I used the classification of the data first and second grade.
Based on the evaluated responses from my research I have written proposals and recommendations.
