Abstract

This master thesis deals with the implementation of Total productive maintenance methods to the VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s. company. The main objective of this thesis is to design implementation of Total productive maintenance to maintenance management system for car bottom furnaces in the VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s. company. In this thesis is illustrated process of implementing TPM integrated into the maintenance management system for selected machinery of car bottom furnaces. The implementation of TPM should guarantee maximum efficiency of production equipment, process flow, continuous reduction of the total cost invested in the maintenance, preventing unforeseen accidents and incidents.
