Bezpečnostní kontroly v civilním letectví

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnostních kontrol v civilním letectví a jejich významem pro zajištění ochrany letištního provozu. Cílem práce je zpracovat inovativní návrh vedoucí ke zlepšení procesů bezpečnostních kontrol v civilním letectví. Metodický rámec zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na zkušenosti cestujících s procesem bezpečnostní kontroly a posouzení rizik spojených s pronesením zakázaných předmětů přes kontrolní stanoviště, přičemž k jejich analýze byly využity metody FMEA a CARVER.

Výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu potvrdily všechny tři hlavní hypotézy a prokázaly statisticky významné vztahy u všech dílčích hypotéz, přičemž některé z nich vykazovaly středně silné až silné efekty. Zjištění ukazují, že bezpečnostní kontrola je cestujícími vnímána jako komplexní interakce mezi procesem, prostředím a personálem. Analýza rizik identifikovala soubor strukturálních a procesních slabin, které ovlivňují spolehlivost a efektivitu současného systému bezpečnostních kontrol.

Na základě těchto poznatků byl navržen soubor technických, organizačních a procesních opatření, která jsou realistická a prakticky proveditelná a mohou významně přispět ke zvýšení efektivity a bezpečnosti kontrolního procesu i ke zlepšení celkového cestovatelského zážitku.

The thesis examines the issue of security screening in civil aviation and its significance for ensuring the protection of airport operations. The aim of the thesis is to develop an innovative proposal leading to the improvement of security screening processes in civil aviation. The methodological framework includes a quantitative survey focused on passengers’ experiences with the security screening process and a risk assessment related to the potential carriage of prohibited items through screening checkpoints, with the analysis conducted using the FMEA and CARVER methods.

The results of the quantitative research confirmed all three main hypotheses and demonstrated statistically significant relationships across all sub-hypotheses, with some showing medium to strong effect sizes. The findings indicate that security screening is perceived by passengers as a complex interaction between the process itself, the environment, and the personnel. The risk analysis identified a set of structural and procedural weaknesses that influence the reliability and efficiency of the current security screening system.

Based on these insights, a set of technical, organizational, and procedural measures was proposed. These measures are realistic and practically feasible and have the potential to significantly enhance the efficiency and security of the screening process as well as improve the overall passenger experience.
