Abstract

Ideal Hostim thesis deals with a complete solution for the transformation of the village Hostim from changes in the economic establishment. Through urban transformation of the whole village until, transformation the image of center and the seat. The work deals with the evaluation of quality elements in the community and their development, or by adding. All this in the context of landscape and place with an emphasis on sustainable development, economic stability and demographic resistance solved parts. The first part dealt with the conversion of land based on private property.
