Abstract

Diplomová práce Ideální Hostim se zabývá komplexním řešením proměny obce Hostim od změny hospodářského zřízení. Přes urbanistickou proměnu celku obce až po, proměnu obrazu sídla a centra. Dále se práce zabývá vyhodnocením kvalitních prvků v obci a jejich rozvojem, nebo doplněním. To vše v kontextu krajiny a místa s důrazem na trvale udržitelný rozvoj, ekonomickou stabilitu a demografickou únosnost řešených částí. První z řešených částí je přeměna využití půdy a okolních pozemků obce v závislosti na soukromé vlastnictví. Druhou částí je řešení problematiky celkového obrazu obce s bránami do obce a s návrhem vhodné lokace nových skupin staveb pro bydlení a práci. Třetí část se zabývá kompozicí centra a jeho doplněním, jakožto skutečného těžiště sídla a komunity. Čtvrtá část poukazuje na možnosti jiné formy výstavby bydlení, která typologicky vychází z historických principů, na které se lety zapomnělo.Poslední pátá část se věnuje řešení jednotlivých klíčových vhodných struktur pro rozvoj a chod obce.
