Abstract
This work deals with marketing research. The work is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical, it deals with the explanation of marketing concepts. The second part is practical and focuses on the research of customer satisfaction with the company products , its subsequent evaluation and presentation of proposals for the improvement of the company. Furthermore, the work presented I-Tec Czech spol. Ltd. and its supplier companies.
