Komplexní analýza a návrh materiálového toku ve skladu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se bude zabývat problematikou skladování v podniku CTS s.r.o. Úvod diplomové práce je věnován teoretickému úvodu do problematiky skladování a materiálového toku. Následně byl proveden rozbor současného stavu ve skladu, kde byly zjištěny hlavní nedostatky. Na základě analýzy byly vypracovány 3 návrhy řešení, které byly následně porovnány a vyhodnoceny. Všechny tři řešení byly předloženy vedení podniku.

This dissertation thesis deals with the matters of warehousing material at CTS ltd company. The first part of thesis is devoted to the theoretical introduction to a flow and warehousing of material. Consequently, an analysis of the current state in the warehouse was performed, which revealed the main shortcomings. Based on this analysis, there were proposed three possible solutions, which were consequently compared and evaluated. All three solutions were proposed to the top management in the company.
