Zařízení pro měření součinitele tření

Abstract

NEMEŠKAL, Lukáš. Equipment for measuring the coefficient of friction. Ostrava, 2022. Bachelor thesis. University of Mining - Technical University of Ostrava. Thesis supervisor Ing. Miroslav Trochta, Ph.D. The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of equipment that measures the coefficient of friction. The device consists of an engine and a gearbox that drives a crank mechanism. At the end of the crank mechanism, there is a jig into which a test pattern from 3D printing is inserted. The test specimen moves back and forth in a plane of 150 mm. The test specimen is placed between two steel plates. The lower steel plate is firmly attached to the frame of the device and the upper steel plate has one degree of freedom free, and therefore downward movement is possible. It is possible to add additional weights to the top plate to increase the pressing force between the plates.
