Návrh zproduktivnění hlubokého vrtání

Abstract

The bachelor thesis occupy by deep drilling. It was realized in the Company Rieter Automotive CZ s.r.o. This paper considers of problems in a drilling a refractory holes for the former. In the introduction part is described the technology and principle of a drilling. The main part of the thesis is focused on constructing samples and interpretation results and comparison gun drills on the samples of the former. This comparison was detected that a gun drills with index able inserts gains high production together with a lower production price.
