Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze current communication strategy for Komerční banka a.s. and to design certain improvements that would be based on demands and wishes of clients. Within the thesis there is a research that contains questioning. This research should prove knowledge in communication strategy for Komerční banka among one hundred respondents and should use for the design improvements.
