Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design of spare parts inventory management in an industrial enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of inventory management and propose a more efficient stock control system using modern technologies. The study employs process analysis methods and compares available software solutions, including SAP and Power Query in Excel. The result is the design of database systems and storage automation, enabling better tracking and optimization of inventory. The proposed solutions contribute to cost reduction and increased efficiency in spare parts management.
