Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with a construction project for mounting belt on belt conveyor in mines. A research describing belt conveyors used for mining/extraction and their main components is compiled in the introduction. The goal of the research is to point out the spread of the issues and to outline domestic product and construction availability. The information gaiined from the research, serve as input parameters for calculation of external tensile strength, which is a foundation for the construction solution of the device.This device is designed under consideration of leverage with clamps.Individual parts of the device are subsequently proportioned and stress tested.A research of possible propulsion units which create a necessary traction is conducted in the closing part.
