Optimalizace spotřeby energií v klimatických komorách

Abstract

Master thesis focuses on the issue optimization of energy consumption in climate chambers and proposes measures to reduce it. The work was carried out at Brano a.s., a company specializing in the production of components for the automotive industry. The introductory part of the thesis presents the history of climate chambers, their classification, areas of application, and the related standards applied by the company in their operation. The second part introduces the company itself and includes an analysis of electricity and water consumption in the development department. This is followed by measurements of energy consumption in two selected climate chambers and an analysis of the tested prototypes, which made it possible, using a questionnaire method, to approximately determine the annual electricity consumption for the years 2023 and 2024. The third part evaluates the results of these analyses. The fourth part deals with the proposed measures to reduce electricity consumption. The final, fifth part assesses the benefits of the proposed solution for the company.
