Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the chosen company in gastronomy. The definitions of particular financial ratios applied in the practical part are defined in the theoretical part. The mentioned financial ratios are for example profitability, indebtedness and stability, liquidity, and activity. Moreover, the pyramid decomposition of the profitability of return on equity and the analysis of variance are applied in the practical part as well. In the end of the thesis, the ascertained knowledge about the company is compared to the field of gastronomy.
