Posouzení finančního zdraví vybraného podniku z oblasti gastronomie

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza zvoleného podniku z oblasti gastronomie. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé absolutní a poměrové ukazatele, které jsou poté využity v praktické části. Jedná se například o ukazatele rentability, zadluženosti a stability, likvidity a aktivity. Také je proveden pyramidový rozklad ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu a analýza odchylek. V závěru práce je uvedena komparace zjištěných poznatků o podniku s odvětvím, ve kterém podnik působí.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the chosen company in gastronomy. The definitions of particular financial ratios applied in the practical part are defined in the theoretical part. The mentioned financial ratios are for example profitability, indebtedness and stability, liquidity, and activity. Moreover, the pyramid decomposition of the profitability of return on equity and the analysis of variance are applied in the practical part as well. In the end of the thesis, the ascertained knowledge about the company is compared to the field of gastronomy.
